Small-format elements of the floor screed (SEFS), based on the Gypsum-chip board are the product of prefabrication. They are produced by gluing two water resistant calibrated boards (GCWB) with dimensions (LxWxD) 1250 x 500 x 10-12 mm, with a mutual shift in two directions, and the formation of folds of 50 mm width along the perimeter f the product. The material is intended for the cell assembly of prefabricated floor screeds bases in the areas with weak and moderate intensity of the mechanical actions according to the Building Standards 2.03.13-88 "Floors"; dry, normal and wet moisture conditions by the Building Standards 23-02-2003 "Thermal protection of buildings".
GCB for the floor has the size (mm): 1250 x 500 x 23.
The dimensions including the folds (mm): 1300 x 550 x 23.
The width of the fold (mm): 50.
Living space (m2): 0,625.
The floor screeds depending on the complexity of production and application are divided into:
- Screed on the wood joists;
- Screeds for the unfinished floor on the joists with a solid or open flooring;
- Screeds on a /c floors or self-leveling screed;
- Screeds on a /c floors on the heat or sound insulation boards;
- Screeds on the dry heat insulating filling.
